How are cats supposed to get to the top levels? My cats can only jump up to the middle section, and there is no way for them to climb up further than that due to the design.

I can see how that could be an issue, especially for older cats. Mine is behind a chair under a window, which makes it easier for my senior cats to reach the two upper levels. My senior fur-babies do seem to typically access the two upper levels from the back of the chair which is roughly the same height as the middle level, and is also a chair they like to snooze on. I have not seen my 16-year-old cat on the top level yet -- he doesn't jump as well as he used to. But my 10-year-old cat is on the top, gazing out the window constantly (though in the attached pic she's on the chair... lol).

Are the cushions Velcro or attached in some way to keep them from sliding off constantly?

There is velcro that keeps the mat from falling off.

bad design

got this all put together and the cats can't get from one level to the next! looks nice but totally useless it is also way too wobbly because it is tall and narrow

got this all put together and the cats can't get from one level to the next! looks nice but totally useless it is also way too wobbly because it is tall and narrow (it needs a wider base for the height) and attaching it to the wall is not an option for us it wasn't cheap, either, so I can't recommend it at all. Don't waste your money; there are better options out there.

Great Product

Have had this product for over 2 years now and it looks just as good as it did when i got it, minus a few frays of the yarn for the scratch post.

Cats love it

Very sturdy and was easy to assemble. Did not take long for three of my cats to check it out. I like the way it looks, it blends in with furniture.

Looks nice but extremely wobbly & not stable

I guess I should’ve listened to the reviews. These trees look very nice but I feel like they should’ve at least come with a want to anchor them to the wall because

Cat doesn't like it

I ordered this cover for my cat because of the sleek modern design. Its a very nice product, but my cat is afraid of it. It stands too tall and the wood is slippery

I ordered this cover for my cat because of the sleek modern design. Its a very nice product, but my cat is afraid of it. It stands too tall and the wood is slippery like. My cat just runs to jump and the stalls because he is afraid of it. I had a carpet style tower before and he really loved that and had no problem jumping (same height tower), it was just too hard to keep clean.
