What is the range?

How is a smart tag different from a tile. What I didn't like about the tile is that it wasn't real time which defeated the purpose of even using it because half the time it didn't update very often. How is the smart tag better?

I’m only keeping it because I was able to attach it to my moms phone so if our dog ever escapes we can just get ahold of her and track him that way, but I am very disappointed that it wouldn’t work on my husband’s Google phone or my iPhone.

I like thar you can track when you take your pet for a walk. How far you walked, time it took to take walk. Notifications if you are not near the smart tag. However

I like thar you can track when you take your pet for a walk. How far you walked, time it took to take walk. Notifications if you are not near the smart tag. However one time the smart tag came off my pet collar but it came off on the bed. My dog and I went out for the day. I had not received any notifications about my smart tag being out of range. I just happened to notice it was missing, logged into the app to check it. It had me looking literally on the street. Then sent me to a strangers home. Most embarrassing and dangerous in this day and age. So the actual accuracy of the smart tag has me questioning it's reliability.

Doesn't work for indoor/outdoor cats

If your cat leaves the house (and you don't stay very close to them), then this doesn't work. I think it's only suited for people who keeps their cats indoors are

I think it's only suited for people who keeps their cats indoors are just want to know what room their cat is in. I bought it because of the size and reviews, but honestly the size should have tipped me off that it's very limited in its tracking capacity since GPS collars are always way bigger.

I used the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 Bluetooth Tracker Dog Pet Finder on my large breed Dog's collar. It was easy to connect to my phone. I liked the "find" alert

I used the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 Bluetooth Tracker Dog Pet Finder on my large breed Dog's collar. It was easy to connect to my phone. I liked the "find" alert. I live on a oversized property and the when I used the mapping feature to locate my dog it was off by direction and at least a 100 feet. Maybe it is because of the rural location but I do not think this would be very good at pin pointing where he is if he got lost but it could be better then having nothing.

Duke took off after a deer and had this tag on. He was about 120 feet away and it just stopped tracking him. We looked for 4 hours for him trying to pick up the tracker. It never did. Just gave us a history of where he had been 3 hours earlier. It does not work if your dog runs off. Can't even get a refund for this tag. Don't think this is going to help you keep your dog safe. It will not. Duke came back home after he had finished his running around.

Bought this for my mother-in-law's cat. She is an older kitty that is used to coming and going as she pleases. Kitty is now forced to stay indoors because of her age and physical health. She has gotten out a couple of times causing a great deal of stress to my MIL. She now has this easy to set up and track device just in case she gets out again or is hiding under the bed.

It was super easy to set up on my phone,just an app download and it works great. I hope i never have to use it to find my dog but i know it will be a godsend if she does run off. I would definitely recommend this product!
