I am disappointed with this product. The shovel is flimsy and cannot support a heavy load. It also spontaneously unscrews from the handle dumping the load unexpectedly

I've been a faithful Scratch and Peck customer for over 5 years. That's when I invested in my first chicks. After much careful research I purchased the first product and I've never looked back. Neither have my birds. Trying to find decent grubs and mealworms from North America can be a challenge. So where did I turn for a nutritional snack for my gals? Scratch and Peck, of course. The grubs are perfect, beautiful, (don't think for a minute I'm obsessed with my ladies...). When I shake my treat container the hens come running! It's a health treat and I can give them to my birds feeling confident in the Scratch and Peck motto. You Are What You Eat! Big, bold, gold yolks with fantastic shells. Eggs only on our homestead. I genuinely have faith in all the Scratch and Peck products, which they have many. Not just for chickens. I recommend these grubs and they come in a variety of sizes! Thank you Scratch and Peck.

My hens did not like these grubs. I think it might be because they came in a box and there was no sealed plastic or shrink wrap around the grubs. So maybe they’re

My hens did not like these grubs. I think it might be because they came in a box and there was no sealed plastic or shrink wrap around the grubs. So maybe they’re just not fresh? Anyway, they eat them after pecking over the lawn in the AM, but they don’t go nuts for them.
