Can't wash this bed! Don't buy it!
This bed was fine until I washed it. Only the bottom mattress is supposed to be removed for washing, and (according to the directions) the top part is supposed to be washed with the filling in it, in a large machine (laundromat size large). When I washed it at the laundromat, I used non-scented detergent and washed it by itself in a clean washing machine. After it was washed, the filling reeked of some type of chemical type odor. I aired it outside for weeks, and the odor never left. It is such a strong, noxious odor that I can't imagine any living creature sleeping in it! I threw the bed out and bought a different dog bed.
Don't waste your money
The bed itself is wonderful! It's comfy, warm and soft. However, if you like to regularly wash your dog bed covers as I do, then this is NOT the bed for you! The very first time I decided to wash it, I regretted it as soon as I started taking the stuffing out of all 4 sides of the bolster. To give you an idea how much stuffing there was, it just about took up 2 whole 13 gallon trash bags to hold all that stuffing. THEN, when I went to put it all back in after washing, the zipper on one side had come off completely because it didn't have the metal stopper that kept the zipper from coming off. Now, I couldn't open the zipper, and even if I ripped it open, I would not have been able to close it back up and put the bed back together. My dog would have appreciated it and probably would have destuffed it like a dog toy! Luckily, Chewy was nice enough to refund my purchase and also offered to replace it with the same bed, in which case I chose the refund. I ain't got time for all that stuffing and dealing with defective zippers! Find a bed with easy removable bolster pillow inserts, not stuffed with stuffing material, and save yourself the hassle!!
BEST DOG BED EVER!
This bed barely got out of the box and my little girl was immediately curled up in it. There's memory foam! She sunk right in - and the walls are high enough for some nice cuddling. HIGHLY recommend!
Bed Was Obviously USED
The bed itself is as described, high quality materials, and my dog loves it. The issue and reason for the 2-star review is there were dog treat crumbs in the bed and even a small amount of hair/dirt. Due to the inconvenience of returning, I vacuumed the bed thoroughly and will keep it. Bad form, Chewy!

My 4 month old pit bull puppy needed a nice day bed to nap in. when I found this Serta dog bed cuddle style I knew she would love it! After I unboxed it & showed it to her, she immediately took a nice long nap. It's a very nice dog bed!

I just bought a second one of these beds for my senior dog because she loves the first one so much. She has had the first for over a year and the bolsters and overall shape have held up. The cover is removable but the bolster filling is not so even though it says machine washable we just spot clean because it does not fit in the washer. She is 40 lbs and the large size works for her perfectly bc she loves snuggling up to things. Have beds throughout the house but she only uses this one now!
