Shark HV301 Rocket Ultra-Light Weight Stick Vacuum, Gray

I got this a few days ago and so far I'm very impressed. The suction is strong, it has a carpet setting and my carpets have never been cleaner! The stick is detachable and it came with a brush tool and a crevice tool. There are a couple of things to be aware of, if there are long hairs on the floors, the hair wraps around the bottom roller and will have to be cut out and the dust cup may have to be emptied frequently depending on how dusty, furry, dirty your floors are. My 3 cats generate a lot of fur balls! It is noisier than my canister, none of these things for me are deal breakers. I've been wanting a stick vacuum for it's convenience but always thought they were too expensive ($400 and up) and that the cheaper models were not as good. That is not true with this Shark model, it's powerful and it's working out better than I expected so far.

Light, maneuvers under and in tighter spaces. Works well on carpet stairs. Not too loud, cord is a good length. Only thing I don't care for is dust reciprocal isn't removable. So the whole machine must be unplugged and dumped at trash bin. Otherwise performs well like my other Shark products I use.

For the most time I use a Kirby vacuum cleaner for my carpets. I have 7 pets, that means a lot of shedding. I bought the Shark vacuum cleaner for my bare floors and to be able to get under furniture to clean. So far, I'm pleasantly surprised how well the shark picks up dirt and debris, even from the carpet. I'm happy I bought this Vacuum cleaner.
