Sorry to give low rating for my mistake, but I just want to warn others with dogs who are allergic to fish oil. My dog is now on prescription food because she's allergic to everything, especially fish products. But she does not love prescription food so I was looking for a topper. Venison is one protein she's ok with, and this product looked like something I could crumble on top. Ugh. She immediately started itching and eventually threw up. Eventually having loose stool. Her usual signs of allergic reaction. I didn't even give her that much. I must add, however, she loved the taste. (But then if you were on strict diet...) Very unfortunate. Looks like all their products have cod liver oil. So don't be like me. READ every ingredient. So exhausting

used as a kibble topper for my 3 chihuahuas. 2 out of 3 were skeptical at first (first time having venisonl but they all eventually caught on and loved it ! ) caused

used as a kibble topper for my 3 chihuahuas. 2 out of 3 were skeptical at first (first time having venisonl but they all eventually caught on and loved it ! ) caused tummy troubles in 1 out of 3 BUT overall ingredients were very good, all 3 dogs enjoyed the taste and when used as a topper the bag will last a long time ! ingredients are good enough to be fed as a complete diet although its a bit expensive (to be expected with free dried venison though!)

All three of my dogs absolutely LOVE this product! MY youngest (1.5 yr old OES) will, to be honest, eat anything and everything put in his bowl. My 7 yr old Std

All three of my dogs absolutely LOVE this product! MY youngest (1.5 yr old OES) will, to be honest, eat anything and everything put in his bowl. My 7 yr old Std Poodle is a very picky eater, but she eats up this Venison flavor better than any food I’ve ever tried. And my old man, the 14 yr old Maltese with exactly one tooth left, has no trouble at all with the freeze-dried texture / density of this product. My only concern is that it can be confusing to calculate the cross-over feeding schedules for switching between old and new foods, as this is sold by weight but portioned by volume, and the ,ch lighter freeze-dried nature makes that math a bit difficult. All in all a GREAT product, especially if you’re feeding multiple pets with different eating habits and/or needs.

I actually use this as a "high value" reward for my pup. The little pieces make it perfect for this. The smell is a little strong and definitely not something i enjoy but its not terrible. My pup must enjoy the smell bc she triedls to shove her nose into the bag. She loves getting these as a treat. Definitely recommend whether using as a meal or using it the way we do as treats.

I love this dog food. Venison is the number one ingredient and no other meat ingredients. Great quality ingredients and the benefits of prebiotics and probiotics. Both my dogs loved this food. I used it as a training treat, used as a topper for my current dry kibble, mixed it in canned pumpkin and fed by itself. So a very universal food. I’m mostly impressed that my dog with severe food sensitivity was able to eat this without getting sick. Both my dogs devoured this. I would highly recommend. I will be purchasing this in the future

This food, when used as a topper, encourages him to eat all of his food. Additionally, he loves it as a treat! I recommend it for any dog but especially a picky eater like mine. It is lightweight and full of natural ingredients. It’s a win for both of us.

I’ve only used it as a treat- a small handful daily. I like how it’s filled with protein and seems high quality made. The smaller cubes are ideal to use for training treats as well. Overall no complaints with digestion.
