The first bag arrived stale: there was a hole in the bag and it didn’t smell right. Thankfully, Chewy replaced it and the next package was fresh. However, our beagle, who loves other similar chews and rarely turns down any treat, wanted nothing to do with them. He literally turned his nose up to them. We shared them with a few dog-owning friends, who also were 50/50 split - one liked them, one didn’t. They appear well made and the price isn’t bad. They have a slight smell to them but nothing out of the ordinary for natural dog chews.

These are absolutely wonderful. All the unnecessary ingredients in treats now and days, its hard to find good treats for your doggies. These treats are free range grass fed all natural. Not 100 ingredients you can't pronounce. I shared them with my granddoggies...2 wonderful pitts and 1 basset hound. They loved them and Fred the basset hides his from his siblings. My Gidget loves them and you can break them up to give to smaller dogs. Great for teeth and high in protein. I will definitely try more treats in the Sitka line.

They go crazy for peanut butter so these were an absolute hit, they demolished them in no time. I will definitely buy these again. The fact that they are natural was very important to me.

We watched her closely when she got to the end of it because we didn't want her to choke. Our 13 yr. old Lab mix didn't want anything to do with the treat. She picked it up, and then dropped it, and walked away.

She loves to have a toy or treat in her mouth for comfort, and this one will help keep her teeth healthy as well. The natural roll maintains its shape and doesn't get gooey, so there's no mess. I did wipe down the area afterwards to keep it fresh and clean.
