No food or water for 30 minutes before using this products. Use first thing in the morning. Wait 30 minutes. Feed and water..then done until night time tooth

Months of Use No Difference

I've been using this toothpaste on my rescue dog for months and it hasn't improved her oral health at all. I'm consistent in use and even have her using the additive

I've been using this toothpaste on my rescue dog for months and it hasn't improved her oral health at all. I'm consistent in use and even have her using the additive for her water Skouts makes. Unfortunately, nothing seems to help freshen her breath.

My dog HATES having her teeth brushed and will hide if we even go near the toothbrushes. I don’t know if the issue is the brush or the dog-friendly toothpaste we

My dog HATES having her teeth brushed and will hide if we even go near the toothbrushes. I don’t know if the issue is the brush or the dog-friendly toothpaste we used to use, but this oral gel from Scout has solved the problem. Smell: It smells like peanut butter and bacon so yep, as advertised! The smell also really intrigued my dog. Taste: I, the human, did not taste it, but my dog seemed very pleased and licked the extra off of my finger! Application: This oral gel is a lot easier to spread than a normal toothpaste usually is. I squirt some on my finger and rub it along all of her teeth. She then spends a few minutes happily licking her lips, and nobody has to go near the dreaded toothbrushes. Also, the twist top squeeze bottle is really easy to use and I don’t spill or waste any of it. Effectiveness: I really can’t tell if it helps her teeth stay clean BUT it absolutely has helped freshen her breath, so I assume it’s doing something! In summary, I am really pleased to have a solution for my dog and her hatred of toothbrushes!

Four out of five of my dogs love this!.

We have five dogs total. Mine were very hesitant at first because they technically couldn't see anything on my finger but yet I was offering them a "treat" 🤣.

We have five dogs total. Mine were very hesitant at first because they technically couldn't see anything on my finger but yet I was offering them a "treat" 🤣. The smell did appeal to them. Four out of my five dogs came back for more. It is a little bit harder to disperse onto a short nose, but he did like it. I definitely recommend making sure you read the directions and take note to the 30 minute window before and after application. This is a product I would continue to buy.

I just started using Skout's Honor Oral Gel Penut Butter and Bacon flavor Brushless oral gel. Since my dogs hate getting their teeth brushed, i figure this was worth a try. My dogs no longer run away from me when i approach them for their oral care. They seem to enjoy the taste and since i'm not wielding a tooth brush they tolerate the application of oral gel. It is too soon to see results, but it seems ive won at least half the battle.

Easier than brushing

This product really does smell like it would taste good. My dogs are not a fan of having the gel put right in their mouths, so I have learned some tricks. The process

This product really does smell like it would taste good. My dogs are not a fan of having the gel put right in their mouths, so I have learned some tricks. The process is much easier with them if I put the gel on my finger and then rub it on their gums. They then start licking the gel and seem to like the taste. It does seem to help with the dog breath smell and it is so much easier than brushing their teeth.

Not a great candidate

I loved the idea of this gel working on my dog's breath, but it wasn't amazing. My dogs are not used to me rubbing stuff on their gums so it was tough to get it
