This spray uses a vegi-based detergents that works by saturating and absorbing the stain through osmosis, then breaking it down. The process makes it easy to remove even the most stubborn stain from any water-safe surface quickly, efficiently and safely with no toxic residue.

Can I use it in a rug cleaning machine?

This may be used in a carpet cleaner. Skout's Honor products are not affected by temperature or interaction with other chemicals, so they can be used in a variety of non-traditional ways without compromising performance. It is recommended to use the same amount of product recommended by the machine's manufacturer.

I bought this and didn’t notice it was for cats. Can I use this on my puppy’s urine as well?

This Urine & Odor Destroyer is formulated to remove cat stains. However, it can be used to remove dog stains as well.

Amazing!

Truly removes stains and odors. I found urine spray on the door (using UV light). Regular cleaner did not remove urine completely, so used Skout’s Honor and urine

Eliminates Odor

I live in a high rise apartment building and have " potty trays" with artificial grass on my balcony for her potty breaks in between outside walks. I am very pleased

I am very pleased with the way Skout's Honor eliminates the urine odor. I pick up solid waste but still add a light spray to the grass. It drys quickly and does not irritate her feet.

This product did not get rid of it totally, and it will probably require repeat treatments to fix the smell. That being said, it did a great job at eliminating probably 75% of the smell. I really appreciated that it doesn't smell artificial (like "clean linen" or "fresh burst" or whatever).

I have tried 12 cat/pet urine cleaner in 4 years and this has done the best job out of all of them. You may have to use it a couple of times or for a week straight

Best I’ve tried

We have a repeat nervous pee-er who will pee on things when he’s anxious. We needed something that would do the job over and over and that’s what we found! The product

We have a repeat nervous pee-er who will pee on things when he’s anxious. We needed something that would do the job over and over and that’s what we found! The product isn’t overwhelmly scented like others and doesn’t just mask the scent of urine. Whether it’s recent or and old mess, we use as directed and the mess is clean. We do notice some slight discoloration when used on a mattress or couch upholstery but we are very pleased with how it takes away the smell and cleans up the mess. This is the only product out there we would recommend. Just use both hands when using the spray bottle, word of caution, it will come apart.

Must have a wet vac to use

I've used this product for months. When used in combination with a wet vac/carpet and apholstry cleaner, all urine smells are undetectable to humans, but when sprayed

I've used this product for months. When used in combination with a wet vac/carpet and apholstry cleaner, all urine smells are undetectable to humans, but when sprayed and left to dry, the smells returns strong, as if it was never treated. I struggle to find a cleaner that works because NOTHING I've tried deters my car from urinating where he shouldn't. I will try other products such as their professional urine destroyer (not sure why this one isn't pro grade). The scent of the cleaner is very strong, I wear a mask when applying it.
