High quality, needs better access/zippers

I waited a while for this to arrive, in the meantime got a different carrier for our pup. I had high expectations for this, but they were not met. It is bulky, and

I waited a while for this to arrive, in the meantime got a different carrier for our pup. I had high expectations for this, but they were not met. It is bulky, and the zippers are a hassle to use (squirming puppies/airport check in, just could see it would be an issue). It is also very thick, would prefer it had been more breathable.

The quality of construction.

This is a great travel crate for my small dog. I wish it was lighter color inside. She’s a little hesitant to walk into such a dark space.

Not for my trip on American Airlines....

Very well constructed and I can see it working great on a bike but it would not fit under AA airline seat so I returned it. Also, note that visibility is limited

Too cramped, too dark.

We ended up not using this and ordering a different one that he travels well in. This is too dark inside - I think it scared him. Our daughter suggested it because

Good for smaller cats. I wouldn't use it in summer though because I'd be concerned about my pet overheating since there isn't much ventilation.

It was really awkward to use in a car

It didn't seem to fit in our backseat well - - and there wasn't a way to keep it open while driving so we could see him. When the pup is inside, it's impossible
