Use in an existing hooded litter box or as a standalone litter box. Pour the desired amount of litter into the Kitty Sift eco disposable litter box. Use a scoop to remove waste daily and dispose of it. Add more litter as needed for reuse; to maximize freshness, moisture, and odor control, replace every 4 weeks as needed.
I bought this box when I got a new kitten to the household. We used it while he was being introduced into the house. The material is actually pretty good. I didn't have an issue with leakage or it collapsing. I used it as directed. I'm not sure the sifting mechanism works like intended but I do like that it is completely compostable. My kitten acclimated to the regular pan so well that he refused to use this one after being integrated with the rest of the cat family. Lol. I have the last pan now and though no one uses it, its put out with my other pan (for potential emergency need). If you like using old fashioned clay litter and throw everything all out at once, this might not be a bad option.
bought these a while back for when i needed a litter box setup quickly and for a short amount of time (like a storm was forecasted and i wanted to put my barn cats in the garage over night). unfortunately they did not hold up when they got wet (from use). pee soaked right through the bottom. i use pine pellets- maybe clumping litter would yield better results.
I know its called kitty sift, but these are awesome for rabbits. Since my rabbit will chew on his litterbox, the fact that these are 100% paper and not made with baking soda or wax is super important. They work well for him and are so easy to toss. I like to use them for petsitters or when life is a bit crazy and I don't have time to deep clean a plastic box weekly.
I absolutely hate cleaning the litter box. These disposable Kitty boxes are so easy to use and to just bag up and toss when it's time to change the litter. Yes they are more expensive than reusing a big plastic kitty litter box. However it's not as much as getting a fancy coffee once or twice a week or some other little expense that you don't even think about. in my opinion well worth the expense because changing the litter box is so disagreeable. Depending on the size of your cat and how many cats you have, one to two boxes is probably plenty per week. I will always continue to use the Disposable litter boxes.
Awful, soaks right through in less than a day. I sure am missing the Wonderbox and Nature's Miracle brands. The whole purpose of buying disposable boxes is to avoid cleaning the litterbox. However, this just added to my kitty litter tasks. I had to pack the leaking box, bring it to the trash, then clean up the sopping mess it left on my wooden floors. Just awful.
I bought these as a replacement for Natures Miracle disposable jumbo litter boxes, which apparently are no longer being made. I was worried because the cardboard is considerably thinner than the Natures Miracle boxes, and I use them as standalone boxes rather than as liners. But I have been pleasantly surprised at how well they held up. My only complaint is that these are not as deep as the Natures Miracle jumbo boxes, and one of my cats is a litter kicker. Absolutely will buy again though. Note the product name is a bit misleading, as this particular package does not contain sifting boxes.
These are not as thick as Nature's Miracle but I found if I double them up it works pretty good. I can use one box (scooping everyday) for about 3 weeks. Then I just take the top box off, throw it away and replace it with a new box. It's been working so far. Mine haven't leaked into the 2nd box yet but I have only been doing this for a few weeks. BRING BACK NATURE'S MIRACLE JUMBO LITTER BOXES!!!!
After having stumbled upon the kitty sift set in my local pet store, I was so impressed with how easy it made cleanup that I ordered what I thought was the same product on chewy only to find that it was a set of ONLY the liner trays and not the actual sifter. That was disappointing.
I bought these disposable boxes when the ones I'd been using for years were unexpectedly discontinued. These boxes seem promising, but they are much lighter than the ones they replace, so the real test will be in how long they last before having to be discarded and replaced. In all other ways, they seem to be just as good as the ones I'd used for so long. A great improvement over a plastic box that has to be cleaned all the time.
I guess there's been a supply shortage of the Wonderbox brand disposable litter boxes, which I've used for years being so sturdy and each lasted a long time. As the only available substitute, I purchased these. I have to stack them in two's because one box alone is very flimsy. Unfortunately I don't think these will last as long.
