My 12 month old boxer puppy and my 10 year old golden retriever absolutely go crazy for these! I throw a couple on their dinner each night and they both make sure to eat them first. They are single ingredient, loaded with nutrients, and are great for dogs of any size and age. The muscles are freeze dried and super easy to chew. I really like how pretty much all of them are whole, leaving barely any crumbs/pieces which makes them a great easy to feed treat or topper. I’m enjoying the quality and ease of feeding them and so are my dogs. These have become a fun, easy, and super healthy topper to their dinner and I will definitely be getting more when I run out!

When I first opened these, I was a little skeptical as they have a very strong sea food smell, but Arrow absolutely loves these. They are high in protein and make the perfect morning or afternoon snack. They are small enough to put in a treat ball or simply give a few at a time to teach your dog a new trick or get him to do an old one. Since I am feeding the neighbor's cat, I put a couple in his bowl to see what he thought. He must have decided they were meowvelous, because when I turned around to get him some water he had gobbled both of them down. The package seals up nicely so the fish odor doesn't escape and it is a perfect size for your pantry.

This is a small but mighty treat. My 6 aussies really like the mussels and I loved the fact that they really were whole mussels. I think that surprised me when I opened the bag. I think I thought they were going to be mussel flavor but just normal boring treat shapes. I was taken aback at first but I probably didn’t read the description well enough . The dogs love fish foods because they are such a good strong odor and dogs love that. These mussel treats don’t disappoint. They are fishy although not overly so. I think I’d like to see them come in a much bigger bag as would my dogs. I think these were fantastic treats!

These freeze dried Blue Mussels were not a hit with my 22 lb. dog. Perhaps these treats are better suited for cats. My dog sniffed the treat, carried it away, cracked in open and then went on his merry way without eating it. Oh well. He is picky about his treats so maybe it is not the product, just him.
