Choking hazard stuck in esophagus

My min pin pup has now choked 2 times. The 1st time I thought maybe it was a fluke accident but the very next day I gave him a bone and he got a piece stuck yet

My min pin pup has now choked 2 times. The 1st time I thought maybe it was a fluke accident but the very next day I gave him a bone and he got a piece stuck yet again thistimewithin 20min of givinghim abrand new bone. Luckily both times it didn't get lodged in wind pipe, I was able to help him it push it up while gaging to get it over to other side but both times it stayed lodged for an hour or 2 until continuously pushing water to help dissolved enough to slide down rest if the way. Good thing they are soft and dissolve cause if not I'd definitely had to make and pay for an ER visit or two. Over all my pup loved it but he was able to get to big of a piece off to chew and swallow not recommended for puppies.
