Like it but there's a problem

I bought this cage thinking that it could hold my dog because she gets out of every cage I've ever put her in she also destroys every cage that I've put her in so
I bought this cage thinking that it could hold my dog because she gets out of every cage I've ever put her in she also destroys every cage that I've put her in so I get the cage which is very heavy I believe the package said 81 lb I carefully take it down into my basement I start assembling it and realize that the bottom part of the cage is missing some welding and has holes in it and there's some sharp edges so I messaged to eat and let him know my concern they say they will replace it I messaged them again to let them know that not only is there sharp edges and welding missing on the bottom but the tray is also cracked and the top also won't latch properly to keep my dog in so now they want me to totally disassemble it and send it back I had completely assembled it except for the bottom piece because I thought that they would send me a new one and I could just stick it in there but I let him know about the tray and the top part so that they can make it right now they're wanting me to send this thing back and I'm not totally taking this thing apart if I do what's going in the garbage it was nice doing business with Chewy but I will not be a customer anymore.
