Is this washable?

The cover and linen are machine washable.

How do I remove the tube? I’ve searched all over this bed and there is no opening or hope of any kind to get it out.

The hood will have a small slit in it, to slide the rigid tubing out of. It will be somewhat hidden as it is not easily accessible to the pet.

Are there replacement covers available?

Does this have a removable pole to hold up the front as well?

All of the Cozy Caves will include removable tubing that will hold the hood open to allow the pet to climb inside of the bed. It is recommended to remove the tubing when washing your Cozy Cave Cover.

Comfy and warm

Our Old Lady loved it. Thick and comfy for her old bones and the top cover covers a lot of the cushion. Only con was i had to take the plastic hoop out of the cover

My dog loves this bed but the first time he jumped in it ripped. Not happy with the quality. I would expect it to last longer than a day.

filler has an strong odor

My boxer loves this. It's a warm place for him at night especially in the fall / winter. We had it for 4 years and it suddenly started to smelling to me and his

My boxer loves this. It's a warm place for him at night especially in the fall / winter. We had it for 4 years and it suddenly started to smelling to me and his hair started to smell like it. I thought he was sweating inside and then realized it was the stuffing that has an odor. I took it apart to wash it with no results. So we purchased an exact replacement (not cheap at $130). He's used it for about 2 weeks now & again the bed has that same smell. It's an acidic odor almost like the wood chips for a hamster case. Dog loves it, but not sure how I'm going to deal with the odor.
