Size not as described
By ericalovespuppies on Apr 5, 2021
This product is really nice and well made, however the description for the size large is incorrect on the site. As mentioned on the front of the box, this carrier is for dogs up to 21 pounds, NOT 30, as Chewy suggests, and my 25 lb guy said “HECC no”. As always, customer service was a dream to work with and got us taken care of on this issue, but just be aware of this before you buy! Hoping Chewy’s team will update this listing to reflect the actual product size to prevent others from making this same mistake (:

love it love it love it!
By perf on Mar 14, 2021
Went on southwest, got the large size, it only fits under the middle and window seats, if anyone gives you a hard time saying it wont fit under the seat, you can tell them that the backplate does come off and it can collapse.

Easy Roller
By Kathi on Jan 30, 2021
One of my cats weighs 20 lbs, or as his Vet calls him, Chunky Monkey!! This carrier will be so much easier for me as he moves around too much as I am going down the stairs with him in the regular carrier. Plus he likes the roller carrier already! I had to remove him after I put it together.

Sadly too big

I loved this carrier, but too big to for most airline requirements.

Way too small for a 14 lb. Havanese
By Bport on Jul 27, 2020
I would have ordered this in a large even though I only have a small Havanese. The large is out of stock. However, everything I have read on these carriers, the measurements are no where near correct. Think manufacturers are "stretching" the measurements to make things look better. I am looking for a flight carrier. It's a nightmare. I have ordered 4. I have received 3. Two out of those three are way too small. Yes, they may meet airline specs but that doesn't mean your small dog will fit. It's a cute carrier with good storage pockets for your toy breed or cat. Netting and zippers may not work for chewers and diggers. There is a leash connection inside. Excellent Purchase
By Mary on Jun 14, 2020
My dog and I love this carrier. Frank (my dog) is an older dog and summer is the worst time for taking him on walks. Even on short walks in the heat and humidity he'll just sit down and refuse to go on. And I am not strong enough to carry him long distances. But this carrier has taken those worries out of the equation. The side pockets are roomy enough to carry his water bottle and snacks, plus any items I might need/want. I also love the padded back. We can use it as a bed for Frank wherever we are. It also works well on grassy or gravelly surfaces. Thank goodness I found this item. I no longer worry about taking Frank on walks.

Product is as advertised
By Jerry on Jun 13, 2020
We have a large cat, about 23 lbs. There is enough room for him. I called Snoozer about the max weight being 21 lbs on the box. In the ad it says 30 lbs. What customer service from Snoozer said it was a misprint on the box. From what I can see from putting my large cat in it appears to me that the 30 lbs is correct and the box is wrong. However I do think Snoozer should correct their box or put a note inside the box explaining the error.

wrong size measurement on site... :(
By Butter on Feb 11, 2020
The measurements shown on Chewy are incorrect. Thought the large would be good for our dog (23lb but is a rescue and should gain about 5 more lbs). I thought the carrer was going to be 23 inches long and handle up to 30 pounds. Unfortunately the carrier was much smaller- the box says that it is for dogs up to 21 pounds, and it was only 19inches. My dog fits but it is a bit tight for her so will be searching for another carrier that is slightly bigger :( if your dog is smaller end i definitely will recommend it but please knwo the bag is smaller than described!
