Good buy for the bag, bad wheels on the bag
This bag is great! Would have given it 5 stars if the wheels were more sturdy and larger. Wheels are tiny and more on the plastic side than sturdy side. We use this bag everyday. I would prefer if the wheels used on the shoes Wheelies were used for this bag, it would have been a perfect 5 star review! If this wheel is rolled or used over concrete too much, these wheels will probably crack.
Great quality!
I am really hoping this works on the plane, I am a bit nervous because of the size. I am hopeful because you can take the bottom hard panel off to get that section under the seat and allow your pet to have their head out of the top zipper section. Our dog is 15 lbs. He is sit comfortable when wheeling/backpacking and can lay fine when it is flat. He cant stand and turn around when it is flat, but I think with the top 1/2 unzipped he will be fine.

Very well made! Rolls along and pushes easily and my dog is very comfortable inside!! I can easily pull him with one hand and my suitcase with the other!! Very convenient!!!
Great product
My puppy loves it and it is so easy to use. Be sure to measure your dog though because if she is tall and thin the Snoozer won't work. A thirty pound dog won't fit.

Fits my two dogs great!!
I wanted a carrier that could fit my two small dogs each of them are about 12lbs! Im flying alone so I can only bring one carrier on the flight and this was perfect!! I got the large size and they fit great and are so comfy! They weren’t ready to get out! This is honestly the only carrier I could find with decent dimensions to make sure my dogs would be comfortable! And I love that I can wear it as a backpack and pull it like a suitcase! Makes traveling with them so fun!

I bought this during the pandemic to travel with my Scottish Terrier. So very difficult to find a carrier for a 26lb dog that will fit under the seat. It is tight, don’t get me wrong, but it was ideal when Delta was leaving their middle seats open. I would unzip it after take off so he could stretch out and Delta wasn’t hardcore about him as long as he stayed on the floor or in my lap. It is the best option for medium size dogs .

Bumpy and small
Really wanted this to work but the medium is really small for my 10lb dog and the large is too big for airplane standards. Also, it makes for a very bumpy rude and my puppy was being tossed around whenever I naturally changed angles of how I held it, like when I stop and stand it upright vs walk and have it at an angle. The carrier should stay upright and the pulley should be what moves at an angle. Shucks.
