My Dog Loves Her Dry Food Topper
Just recently I received the Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth with Turmeric as part of a free sample program and I am so happy I did; otherwise, I would never have given it to my dog to try. We feed our German Shepard dry dog food and my husband loves putting anything on top of it like grease or leftovers which upsets her stomach. I feel better about putting the Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth on her dry food knowing it is nutrient-rich and has a delicious flavor that my dog loves and I don’t have to worry about her stomach getting sick. The turmeric is a flavorful added treat that my dog loves. She is going on 11 years old and she needs the collagen this broth offers for her bones and joints. I love how easy this product is to use. I simply shake it, open and pour in her food the amount I want to give her. A little goes a long way for my dog. I give her a cup of her dry food twice daily so I add about 2 tablespoons full of the Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth. So this pack lasts about 4 days for us. Very economical! I will definitely be buying this product again and I highly recommend it for others looking for a product for your dog’s food as a topper or to entice them to eat when they won’t for whatever reason.
Dogs Loved it!
I got this product to try as a part of a free sample program. And OH MAN the dogs loved it!!! I wasn't expecting it to actually be broth, so I was pleasantly surprised. One of my dogs has some stomach issues, but this didn't seem to bother him at all (and I think may have helped him feel better?). My other dog has never been very interested in food, but he ate everything he could each meal! It was 10 minutes of barkless heaven, where I could also eat in peace!! The package says 1/4 cup per 25lbs of weight, and both my dogs weigh above 75 lbs, but I only gave them 1/4 cup per meal poured over their normal kibble. This is definitely something I would be willing to try again. The only thing that I'm concerned about is the price - but it may be worth it. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, especially if they have a fuzzbutt who doesn't like to eat what they're supposed to.
This is nice!
My dogs absolutely loved this topper! They are every last bit of dog food that it was one. Usually they only eat about half of their food so this is great! I have 2 dogs with weak jaws so when they eat the plain dry food it takes them a while but with this bone broth that has human grade beef bone broth it really helps to soften the food making it easier for them to enjoy. I have also noticed that they drink more when they have had Solid Gold beef bone broth topper. I will definitely be using in their food from now on. Especially since it’s rich in collagen, it’s slowly cooked to add the dimensions of flavor, And it is super easy to use with minimal mess. Their stomachs have not gone crazy either which is great! She did try to sneak it out of the pantry to eat but luckily the packaging was strong so I caught her with it nicely closed. I would recommend trying this product because my dogs did like it and enjoy their meal time even more with it. It contains top quality ingredients to help support their needs. It also encourages them to drink more. I received this product as a part of a free sample program.
healthy topper option
I received this topper as part of a free sample program. I have a senior pooch currently needing multiple medications and her tummy was a bit off for awhile. This was great timing as the turmeric is good for her joints and the bone broth made me feel like I was helping fortify her overall. She is doing better this week. She seemed to like the smell and was excited watching me pour a little over her kibble each time. I have tried thicker gravy type toppers but feel those had more filler ingredients and less actual nutrition. So yes, this is nearly water-thin as it is a broth, but I felt good about the ingredients I was giving her. The only drawback is the cost. 1 pouch for my medium sized dog lasted 3 days. I did like that it was a sturdy packaging pouch with a secure screw-on lid. Made it easy to store in the fridge without worrying that if/when I knocked it over it would spill out! She does not drink water on its own so I may buy another pack and try it with a couple tablespoons in the water to see if that will entice her to drink more.
Works for picky eaters
I received this product as a sample to try. I have 2 huskies, let's say they are a picky pack of eaters! I didn't want to pour the topper over their whole bowl for multiple reasons. 1st, if my boys didn't like it, a waste of a days food. 2nd, if they did like it, I did not want them to eat their whole days food at 1 time(huskies eat throughout the day). So I tried a portion of their kibble and poured the topper over. At first they looked at me like mom, whats this? Then after realizing, hey this is okay, tastes kinda good. Their plates were empty just like that! This product is a good source extra vitamins and minerals! As the description states the turmeric gives it that extra umff for the picky eaters and I agree, it works!

My dog is somewhat of a picky eater. And I always try to hydrate his dry kibble. I came across this amazing gold and he absolutely loves it. And I love it as well I’m glad that he is getting extra nutrients and the fact that it’s good for him makes me even happier.

Just recently, I received the Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth with Turmeric as part of a free sample program. My dog has recently had several teeth pulled, but I didn't want to put him on wet food, because wet food causes him to have an upset stomach. I chose to use the Solid Gold Bone Broth to soften his dry food for the first week after his teeth were pulled. It worked quite well. He seemed to love it, and it kept him eating without upsetting his stomach, My vet felt that the collagen in this broth would be helpful for his aging bones and joints, too. I really like the resealable package with this product. I can use the small amount my dachshund needs each day, and the bag lasts 3-4 days. I really appreciate the limited waste.
Worth a try
I received this for free to try. This broth has simple, natural ingredients so you don't have to worry about upsetting tummies. Being a bone broth, there's no smell like you might find in a wet food-topper which is good for me! My dogs were excited to try something new. Personally this would come in handy when they are with a babysitter or traveling with us, as it entices them to eat their food when they otherwise might be too nervous, as it's easy to pack, open, and store to use more later. For everyday use we would stick to a can or glass jar bone broth from the grocery store to reduce cost and reduce waste. But I have no complaints about this product!
Tasty and Healthy for my dogs
I received this product as a part of a free sample program. I was happy to see turmeric as an ingredient. Tumeric has many health benefits. I actually take it as a supplement for myself. I don't know how I would be able to incorporate it into my dogs' diet. The product is a liquid and the bag has a great seal so it may be stored for future use easily in the refrigerator. I added the suggested amount to my border collie and German shepherd's kibble. To my surprise and delight, they both ate it like champs. It didn't make the kibble soggy as other products I've tried did. It left a nice coating without becoming soupy or sitting like a puddle at the bottom of the dish. I will definitely order this product in the future. I have already recommended it to my friends and relatives, especially those who have older dogs.
Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth w Turmeric - For Dogs
Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth is an excellent liquid form topping made from ingredients sourced in the US. I have an 11-year-old, 17-pound Bichon Frise that just loves the broth, and mixing it with his kibbles results in a wholesome meal meeting all of his nutritional requirements. I have also used the product by itself and he enjoys the broth and helps him stay hydrated. The product is supplied in a pouch which is somewhat of a challenge as it is hard to store and maintain upright. I would prefer it be supplied in a traditional square container with a snap-on/off cap. Since turmeric is often used as an anti-inflammatory supplement, it’s nice to have an option to enhance my dog’s health benefits as he is getting older and experiencing hip and back pain. My bichon will not eat dry kibbles and the beef bone broth is an excellent option to moisten and wet his dry food. It’s nice to know by adding the broth, I am taking care of making his food palatable and offering health benefits at the same time. He likes the taste of the topping making it worthwhile to combine with kibbles. This is an excellent product your dog will enjoy and I give the Solid Gold Beef Bone Broth with Turmeric a 4-STAR Rating.
