More liquid than I was expecting. The product was mostly a gravy with very little solid food to it. The kitties loved the flavor and devoured it regardless. However,

More liquid than I was expecting. The product was mostly a gravy with very little solid food to it. The kitties loved the flavor and devoured it regardless. However, it would make more sense it it sold as a gravy vs in a gravy. I have had products in the past with a label stating "in gravy" but they had far more solids maybe about 70-80% solids . This was about 90% liquid. It great for hydration and the quality is very good, but I had to use more to ensure they had enough to fill them.

I have two cats — Sushi, my older one, and Paz, my younger cat with a sensitive stomach. Sushi absolutely loves this wet food! The portion size is just right, and the balance between meat and moisture is perfect. It really helps keep him hydrated, which is great since he rarely drinks water on his own. As soon as I put the food bowl down, Sushi goes right for it and cleans the dish almost completely. Even Paz, who’s extremely picky and on a special digestive diet, came over to finish the tiny leftovers Sushi left behind. I only let him have a really small taste to see how his stomach would handle it — so far, no issues! If it continues to sit well with him, I might consider letting him try this food regularly, maybe with a probiotic supplement. I’ll definitely buy this! I also love that it comes in fish flavors, since for some reason, my cats rarely touch chicken or turkey.

It was very liquidy which depends on your situation is good or bad. The chunks sometimes were bigger than they should be for a kitten so I would have to monitor them. Otherwise didn't cause GI upset which is a plus in my book.

Tuna Soulistic kitten food was loved by all of our cats. (6) While we don't have kittens, we did try it on our 2 most picky cats. We also used it as a food topper on others. The food seems meaty and flavorful. It is a gravy base, but our cats didn't just enjoy the gravy but the meaty parts as well. Their bowls were licked clean. We have three outside cats, and we like to switch up their food between kitten food in the morning and regular in the evening in the winter. They loved this food also.

The good: smells like Tuna, lots of gravy which my kitties love, does not upset their guts. The not so good: large chunks that are hard for smaller kittens to eat

I would not recommend feeding this to cats under 6 months old, they need all their teeth for it.
