Very very small but cute

My dog has officially taken over the Krusty Krab and is serving up squeaks and crinkles with a side of chaos. From the fries to the burger, every piece of this toy set is a hit—especially when he dramatically guards them like Bikini Bottom’s fiercest fry cook. The “KK fries” quickly became his prized possession (see Exhibit A: his serious face while holding them hostage). The Krabby Patty? Let’s just say he’s been caught mid–burger chomp with eyes wide like he’s discovered the secret formula. And the little Krusty Krab “building”? He flattened it in under 5 minutes, declaring himself sole owner, manager, and customer of his new establishment. Durability is surprisingly good, the squeaks are strong, and the crinkle sounds make him wiggle like SpongeBob on a jellyfishing trip. Honestly, this toy brought ME as much joy as it did him—just watching the pure SpongeBob-style mayhem unfold. 10/10 would recommend. If your pup has ever dreamed of working at the Krusty Krab, this is their big break!

This toy falls slightly short of expectations, particularly for large dogs. If you’re a SpongeBob fan, the toy might be appealing, but the size and durability don’t

This toy falls slightly short of expectations, particularly for large dogs. If you’re a SpongeBob fan, the toy might be appealing, but the size and durability don’t hold up too well for bigger and especially more energetic dogs who tend to be rougher with their toys. Large breeds may find this toy too small to properly engage with since they could swallow the entire small toys in one gulp. The nesting concept is always cool, but in this case disappointing. You’d expect a treasure trove of hidden surprises, similar to those trees that contain multiple squirrels to extract. While the burger does feature an engaging squeaker, and the fries provide satisfying crinkly sounds, you only get one of each item. For the price point and the promise of a nesting toy experience, having just two items inside the chest feels sparse and doesn’t provide much entertainment value before you have to stuff them back in.

Apparently, this is a replica of SpongeBob's go-to restaurant, with a burger and fries to boot! The toy itself is very attractive. There is a pretty sheen to all the pieces. The burger squeaks, which my Ollie loves, and the fries crinkle. It's a good size for my 2-year-old Maltese. He will carry around the burger a bit, and will chase it if I throw it, but he really has no interest in the restaurant or fries. I thought he would like it, as he does his other "hide inside" toys, but he's just not interested in working that hard, I guess. If you're a real SpongeBob fan, which admittedly, I'm not, you may want to give it a try. There's plenty of room for lots more little toys inside the restaurant, and it will not fall apart if given to a small or medium sized dog who's gentle with their toys.

Should Be A CAT Toy!

My 45-lb. dog wasn't sure what to make of this toy... he sniffed it and walked away. However, the minute I opened it, I knew this wasn't a toy suited to his size

My 45-lb. dog wasn't sure what to make of this toy... he sniffed it and walked away. However, the minute I opened it, I knew this wasn't a toy suited to his size or rougher playing style (think big, thick sturdy rope toys). This toy was way too delicate for him and the two small plush toys inside (which he didn't see) would've been shredded (and potentially chewed and swallowed) in moments. This toy is only safe (in my opinion) for a very small-breed puppy like a Chihuahua or Miniature Poodle that isn't an aggressive chewer or have much jaw power! In fact, I double checked the product thinking I misread the description and that this was actually a cat toy. No, the packaging was definitely labeled dog toy. HOWEVER, it should be a cat toy! I decided to toss the two plush toys in front of my cat and he instantly loved them! One is a small flat toy that makes that crinkly sound cats love (likely filled with cellophane) and the other is a small plush burger toy. He started batting at them and play-attacking them and has been enjoying them so much. He ignores large brown, plush container they tuck into, but it's cute so I leave it out with all his other toys. I gave this 3 stars as a dog toy, but would give it 5 stars for cats!

My dog absolutely loves the SpongeBob Krusty Krab Plush Crinkles & Squeaky Nesting toy! The different layers keep her entertained, and the crinkle and squeaky sounds grab her attention right away. It’s really cute and well-made, and I like that it holds up nicely even after lots of play. Definitely a fun and creative toy for any SpongeBob fan (or their pup)!

Fun toy for smaller, gentle pups

My older dachshund mix loves the "hide-and-seek" type of toys, and while this one wasn't much of a challenge for him to get the toys out, he liked the individual

My older dachshund mix loves the "hide-and-seek" type of toys, and while this one wasn't much of a challenge for him to get the toys out, he liked the individual toys inside. He's not much of a chewer in his older age, so he was able to play with these for several days before he started to tear pieces off. I wouldn't recommend this for strong chewers or bigger dogs, but it's great for smaller dogs who are gentler with toys.
