SportDOG Orange Regular Plastic Training Dummy, a high-visibility orange training dummy, is a favorite of upland hunters and is also great for throwing against all backgrounds. The air valve lets you adjust buoyancy and weight, and the knobs are designed to prevent hard mouth.
Not too hard, not too soft perfect for hunting prep
Air valve allows adjustment of weight and buoyancy to match your potential prey
Plastic knobs designed to prevent hard mouth
Great for throwing against all backgrounds and surfaces
This is a good product if you use it only for training or exercising your dog. I throw it for my dog, wash it off and hang it out of her reach. She has numerous other chew toys and bones. The orange is nice because it can be seen in the snow. A scent should be added frequently when training hunting dogs because the vinyl does not hold scent as long as a canvas dummy.

My lab loves this to chew on while teething and fetch in the pool. She hasn’t broken through the plastic yet which is awesome.
Gone in less than 15 min

I assume this could handle a normal level bite and play however my 1 year old lab destroyed in within 15 min. A few tosses in the pool and then he bit down and it was done.
For training and play only

I have had this before, and like the adjustability of buoyancy feature. Just have to remember, it is NOT a chew toy, at least for my WPG

My dog has done great with this toy. It was spot enough to carry but hard enough to withstand multiple uses.

It's sturdy and tough and large enough that when tossed out into a lake the dogs are able to locate and retrieve it.

My dog had a whole in it within the first 5 minutes - hopefully it still floats but we will see the next time we use it in the water
