These pellets are green, clean, and very fresh. I learned from a famous nursery that applies this alfalfa to my roses. Alfalfa produces nitrogen and some other nutrients

I buy these for my horse. Easy in many ways. They get delivered to my front door, they stay fresh & ready, are nice small pellets easy for my horse to chew ( you can soak them 1/2 hour before feeding if you want a mash), they don’t take up a lot of space, and quality of the alfalfa always top notch. So if you want an easy way for your horse to have quality alfalfa but don’t want the hassle of bales- get a couple of bags of these. Then you control the amount your horse gets from day to day. My last barn used to give a handful of these to each horse as a nightly treat. :-)
