Don't Trust Delivery Time

Chewy sent me a email stating my order was going to be at my house on the Oct. 8th. It was shipped and on its way. Come the 8th. Nothing..... I reach out to Chewy

Chewy sent me a email stating my order was going to be at my house on the Oct. 8th. It was shipped and on its way. Come the 8th. Nothing..... I reach out to Chewy ( customer service was zero help and really didn't care) to try to get some information and they changed the date to the 10th. without any notification. I have 4 cats that depend on me to have food every night for dinner so I buy by the case of food and time it to where I would have a fresh case before they run out. Unfortunately, my cats missed dinner 2 nights because of Chewy and the delivery service. DON'T TRUST THE DELIVERY DATE!

My cat recently had a blockage. After his hospitalization he became very picky about his food. Stella and Chewy’s tuna and pumpkin shreds in a pouch is the only food he will eat. He eats the whole pouch every time he is offered it. It’s been great for his condition too. He had a relapse ( a UTI) before we put him on this food and now he’s been clear for 3 weeks. He’s gained weight again and looks healthy. Thank you Stella and Chewy.
