About Stella and Chewy’s

In 1997, Marie Moody adopted a dog named Stella from a local animal shelter. She soon decided that Stella needed a companion and adopted a sick pup named Chewy, who joined the family and helped forge the company’s history. On the advice of a veterinarian, Marie began feeding Chewy a raw diet to help with his health issues. He quickly recovered, and both he and Stella thrived on their new food. The experience led Marie to pursue her passion for pet nutrition and start her own business—Stella & Chewy’s.

The Carnivore Crunch treats aren't a balanced diet and shouldn't be as a meal topper. Use as an everyday snack or training reward

Are these soft or hard treats?

These treats are freeze-dried so there can be some variation between batches. However, they mostly tend to be semi-soft and are easily broken into half as needed.

How much sodium is in these treats?

Since the Carnivore Crunch are meant to be a small part of the overall diet, Stella & Chewy's does not measure toe mineral content in the products including sodium.

All my Grand Pups Love this product line. I purchased it for my pooch. He loved it but they were very crumbly and fell apart in the bag and my hands. When I asked

All my Grand Pups Love this product line. I purchased it for my pooch. He loved it but they were very crumbly and fell apart in the bag and my hands. When I asked my kids if they were having the same problem they did not. The only thing we can think it's the duck. Duck is fatty which is why they fell apart. Didn't matter though, they were gobbled up when sprinkled gingerly on his kibble.

They seem to taste good but are not CRUNCHy at all

Our dog likes these but they completely disintegrate when you put them in a treat pouch, its like powder. WE love Stella and Chewy but this line is just confusing
