About Stella and Chewy’s
In 1997, Marie Moody adopted a dog named Stella from a local animal shelter. She soon decided that Stella needed a companion and adopted a sick pup named Chewy, who joined the family and helped forge the company’s history. On the advice of a veterinarian, Marie began feeding Chewy a raw diet to help with his health issues. He quickly recovered, and both he and Stella thrived on their new food. The experience led Marie to pursue her passion for pet nutrition and start her own business—Stella & Chewy’s.

Sick dogs twice
The dogs loved this product but both threw up not long after eating a few pieces. Tried again a couple days later with the same result. One is a husky and the other is a spaniel. There was nothing else interested out of the ordinary either time. Maybe these are a bad batch because they certainly smelled. Looked at the use by date and that wasn't the problem.
Carnivore Crunch
Sorry, but my Annie will not eat a bite of this, I don't know why she loves the Chicken hearts!

Wouldn't buy again
We normally get the meal mixers and prefer those to the carnivore crunch. The package for the mixers is a little bigger and less expensive.

My dogs love them. My dogs will start performing tricks just by hearing me open the bag. I use them as treats and as mixers.

Have two picky eaters and they both love these treats! I've tried to offer a different variety of treats, but they don't care for them and only want these!
Good but Crumbles
My girl loved the taste of this treat. Unfortunately, about a fourth of the bag crumbled to pieces and were unusable as a treat. I did pour it over her dog food though so nothing went to waste.
Best food for dogs
I really feel like this Stella & Chewy dog food, have my 15 yr old Shitzu, Lexie back her spunk. We are active again, as I had a major surgery. Then I also have, a 4 yr old Shitzu Max and the freeze dryed food seems very good for him as well and they sure look forward to. Sometimes they think they need, to remind me it's dinner, or breakfast time. I give an 11, on the Stella & Chewy freeze dried duck and goose food. Also the treats as well.
