Something Changed

We have relied on this food for a long time because it was specifically formulated for dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs, and it always worked well until

We have relied on this food for a long time because it was specifically formulated for dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs, and it always worked well until now. Unfortunately, the most recent batch we received seemed noticeably different. The smell was unusually strong and unpleasant, the texture was coarser, and the color appeared brighter and more artificial. After just two days of eating it, our dog developed an upset stomach and eventually refused to touch it, something very out of character for her, as she has never been a picky eater. We are genuinely disappointed, especially since we still have so many cans left that we now cannot use. I also noticed other reviews suggesting the formula may have changed. While I cannot confirm that myself without an older can to compare, it is clear something is off, whether it is a formulation change or a problem with this particular batch. We truly hope the company looks into this. It was a trusted product for a long time, and it is upsetting to see our dog react this way to something that used to be safe and reliable.

Thin and red

I appreciate the chicken-free, grain-unclusive formula and my dog did enjoy eating the wet food but it was very thin and soupy. The color was not uniform throughout

I appreciate the chicken-free, grain-unclusive formula and my dog did enjoy eating the wet food but it was very thin and soupy. The color was not uniform throughout or can to can. Pale brown, pink, and quite red which concerned me with the problems we're currently having with raw meat. We've tried dozens of wet food formulas and this one is just weird. Not worth the price without a sale to me.
