Outstanding Kibble

Our pups (a golden doodle - Dolly Dot and rescue lab / collie mix - Olive) were excited about this from the moment the box arrived! They could smell the duck goodness

Our pups (a golden doodle - Dolly Dot and rescue lab / collie mix - Olive) were excited about this from the moment the box arrived! They could smell the duck goodness and anticipated something delicious! Our Olive is very suspicious of new foods and has a very sensitive tummy, and she gave the new kibble a try with no problem! Dolly Dot will eat anything, but especially meat treats, and she too gobbled it up! We currently use Stella & Chewy dinner patties as a topper for our dog food, and their products including this raw coated kibble have been consistently great! The only hesitation I have is the price of the kibble, so because of that, we’re more likely to use this as a topper or mix it in with our existing diet because these two pups eat quite a lot! Overall, Dolly Dot and Olive rate this kibble four out of four paws!

My dog knew there was something special in the box as soon as she smelled it! She freaked out when I opened it, tail wagging, tongue out and drooling! I was able to feed the kibble to her as treats - one at a time. She was a very happy good girl! Until the tummy upsets kicked in later in the day. The overall quality of the kibble is definitely top-notch, but my girl just couldn't stomach it. The size of the pieces weren't too big or small. The food has an appetizing smell. I also love that the bag is resealable.

From the moment we opened the bag, he was excited about the smell and eagerly ate every bite. It's a relief to find a food that both tastes great and is made with clean, wholesome ingredients. This might end up becoming our regular food. I got a sample size of this to try out with my three dogs, and while I assumed they’d like it I really honestly underestimated how much. They cleaned their bowls every single meal that I mixed this in with their food. Every single one. My cats were sneaking in the pantry every time the door was open, and I’d catch them chewing on the bag to try to get to the goodies inside — so I think this is a unanimous yes for everyone! On MY side, the food didn’t have that…heavy dog food smell that a lot of dry foods do. The kibble size was also perfect for all of my dogs. We incorporated this into their current food and were prepared for some…digestive adjustments. But their stools stayed completely normal. All around really good one and I will definitely get this again.

I have never tried a grain free food, but I tried the raw coated freeze dried duck dog food from Stella and Chewy after reading the ingredients carefully. To my surprise my Saint Bernard who has environmental allergies and a chicken allergy did very well on this particular food. Her eyes stopped being so goopy, her ears cleared up and were not so itchy and she stopped licking her feet. I will definitely buy this product again.

My dog has a chicken allergy, and it is very hard to find food or treats with no chicken. She doesn't normally like kibble and I make her fresh food. It is nice
