My two large dogs usually eat fresh/cooked food for every meal, so in the past they haven’t been interested in dry kibble. However, this Raw Coated Kibble was a whole different story! Both dogs ate it right away for dinner when the bag arrived. I was really happy they had a fish-based option because my dogs especially enjoy fish, and they loved the raw freeze-dried coating on the fish-based kibble. The ingredients looked good, and even my younger picky eater mixed dog really enjoyed the kibble. The kibble pieces fit perfectly in treat dispensing toys or slow dog feeders as well. The only downside was the small bag didn’t last long with two large dogs!

I started to use this prooduct as a topper to my dogs existing kibble. Im a belever that dog food needs to be transitioned over 7 days, but i wanted to try this as soon as possible. My dogs loved it as a topper and i went on to carrying this kibble around in my pocket for rewarding spot training that I do between meals. They were eager to sit, down, spin and come using this kibble as a reward. Im excited to fully transition!

I tried Stella & Chewy's Raw Coated Wild-Caught Whitefish Recipe for my two dogs, and it was a huge hit! The moment I opened the bag, it smelled like real fish—not that artificial odor you sometimes get with other foods—so I knew the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Both of my dogs dove right in and cleaned their bowls without hesitation. I love that it’s raw-coated for extra nutrition and taste, and they love the flavor.

My gang love to eat and are not at all picky. Stella & Chewy's did not disappoint as they devoured it without skipping a beat. My guys have always had a fish based kibble so I wasn't worried about them getting any digestion issues. Four of my crew are seniors with a few missing teeth. They had no problem chewing the food as it was not overly hard and the size of the kibble was appropriate for their size.

Nice change from kibble and/or canned. Dog loved the aroma and texture and did not hesitate to eat it up. He is a bit of a picky eater so I wasn't sure he would go for something so different from his usual kibble/canned but he took a sniff and the rest was history. An empty bowl! He is usually a grazer but not with this food! Would definitely purchase. Nice quality ingredients from a reliable, trusted Brand. After this bag we will most likely try some other flavors. A hit in our house!!!

I tried this raw-coated kibble for my two German Shepherds, and they absolutely loved the taste. Both were excited for mealtime, and the food smelled fresh and seemed high quality. Unfortunately, it gave both of them quite a bit of gas. Nothing extreme, but noticeable enough that we decided to switch after finishing the bag. If your dogs don’t have sensitive stomachs, this could be a great choice because mine clearly found it delicious! Just be aware it might not agree with every dog’s digestion.

In all fairness, I mixed a small amount to each of their regular meals and the bowls were empty when done. So, one will eat it no matter what and the other prefers it mixed with her regular food. All in all I believe it is a good quality food.
