The other review is right that Chewy had the product size options listed incorrectly. I experienced the same thing. However, when you do get the correct size, this bit is excellent! The shape, thickness, and movement seem very comfortable for my horse. I tried a lot of different bit options for him and watched his reactions to see what he liked and didn't. This is definitely his favorite.

Have been looking for a thinner bit for a small-mouthed horse and was excited to find this 12mm (bought the 5.25") on Chewy, which seemed perfect! Unfortunately,

Have been looking for a thinner bit for a small-mouthed horse and was excited to find this 12mm (bought the 5.25") on Chewy, which seemed perfect! Unfortunately, the bit that arrived was a 5.25" 16mm, and after doing some research online, it appears that you can't really select the width like Chewy markets. If you buy 5" or less, it is a 12mm, and 5.25" or more, it is 16mm. Chewy refunded me with great customer service, as usual.
