    Smells good?

    By on

My cats will eat anything dry like it is candy, so eating this isnt an issue. I wanted to get something that I was sure was healthy, no corn etc. This smells more like real food. It is like they avoided adding in fishy extreme smells and just stuck with real ingredients. No science to that but they did eat it all and at least leaves a human being with a good impression as to the healthy aspect of the food.

    Not A Winner

    By on

I bought this because my Marvel loved the treats this brand produced and I needed a new dry food that wouldn’t make him sick. Unfortunately, he refuses to eat it. What a waste. I’ll have to find somewhere I can donate it, since I can’t return it.

This food is now a favorite

    By on

Since we lost our precious cat, Ripley, his brother Jack(litter mate)wouldn't eat. They were both on a special diet, and our youngest cat, Lil' Girl was fed a different diet. I decided to try this food, and they both love it. Jack (14 years old) is eating and has become himself again; he's running around and playing like a kitten.

    A good quality cat food

    By on

I purchased this for my new cat because of the wonderful ingredients and because our dog loves this brand of dog food. The cat is a rescue and is 4 years old, and very finicky. He was raised on another dry food, but even refused to eat it for us. After two days of not eating any of the 6 dry foods we tried, we gave in and bought some canned & mixed it with dry food. He finally ate. I decided to try this food, thinking he would love it like our dog & he just won't eat it; he refused any straight dry food. So we are mixing this food with the canned so he will get the good nutrients to offset the not so good in the canned. We really don't want to do canned food because of the mess and the smell I purchased this for my new cat because of the wonderful ingredients and because our dog loves this brand of dog food. We really don't want to do canned food because of the mess and the smell & it is more time consuming. Our previous cats always ate dry food only. This cat won't even eat treats!!! We adore him tho. Once he eats all of the dry foods we have bought, we will try another bag of this brand, but a different flavor. We are determined to work our way to all dry food....however, he seems to be winning at his point! But...HE'S A CAT! They always get their way. :) I gave it 4 stars because it is a great cat food, even if my finicky cat won't eat this particular flavor. … more

    Great food

    By on Top 250 Contributor

I am so very happy I gave this a try! So are all my kitties. No throw up, less litter box mess and smell. Good ingredients. Best of all is to see everyone eatting again. Not that they didn't eat before, just now they enjoy it again. Hopefully the compoany doesn't feel the need to revamp its ingredients and ruin a great food.

It may be healthy but my cats don’t really care for it

    By on

My cats will eat it but I can tell they don’t love it. They just kind of snack on it instead of eating it as a meal. I’ll use up this bag but won’t buy it again.

    No more IBS problems

We have a 10 year old male cat with who has had IBS for 2 years and been treated with steroids. Bought this on recommendation and weaned him off steroids. Food works like a charm--he loves it and no more vomiting and diarrhea.

    Both kitties like them !

I switched to this brand after years of buying the big name brands out of concern for a more healthy diet. Ivan has always been fond of dry food for between meal snacks. Circa has never liked dry food at all - she was a capture rescue and had spent quite a lot of time in shelter cages before I found her. I think the big name brand dry food is about all the shelter cats ever get, and I'm guessing the taste of the stuff reminded her too much of her time in prison. She only ate canned food. But she actually likes to snack on this brand (Supreme Source). It smells like real food, so be prepared for a little whiff of fishy smell when you open the bag. It is better for cats than the usual dry food brands that are mostly all filler. Also, a small bag lasts quite a long time. I think the food is more satisfying so the cats will have small frequent snacks rather than pounding down a lot of junk food. The food holds up well in the bowl and doesn't seem to get stale or soggy too easily. Clip the bag with a chip clip and it'll last quite a long time with no waste. Highly recommended. … more

    EUREKA WE HAVE A WINNER

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

Finally found some kibbles that looks as if he really likes it. My poor boy Bailey has been very ill and actually lost 2 pound in less than a month...so to see him eating is a blessing.
