Our cats love the pate cat food in this brand more than others. I believe it is because of the "gravy" added. They lick that off first; then eat the rest.

When we discovered they also make pate, we knew we had to give it a try. The Backyard Cookout flavor has proven to be a favorite. Chicken, Beef, & Liver are some our two cats favorites! The pate is a nice consistency and provides the extra moisture for optimal health & hydration, along with protein.

All three of my "discerning" cats gave this food a five paws rating! Must be very yummy as they consistently gobble it up, sometimes two of them eating from the same bowl, one with mouth and other scooping some up with paw like a raccoon. It seems to be more moist than many canned foods, which is important for their hydration here in very dry Arizona. Since all three are rescues from a hoarding situation and have dental problems, they don't eat much dry food. So I need a wet food that they will eat every time to provide adequate nutrition and hydration. This Temptations Pate fits the needs.
