So excited but sadly, Leo was NOT!

Leo is the most intelligent cat I’ve ever seen in my life FILLED with hundreds of many beloved cats. And, he’s hit adolescence. He’s so well behaved except for being on the counters, that for dinner, he goes into his furniture kennel with a turn latch lock while we clean, cook, and then eat. He watches us with love but in perfect silence. After dinner, we open the kennel for his freedom - UNLESS we forget which we did three times now so, first he uses his squeak mouse to alert us but then, if we turn the lights out and go upstairs for TV time, he just uses the pads of his paws and lets himself out and joins us upstairs, much to our SHOCK. I’m sharing that as evidence of his intelligence. He watched something once and replicates it, including SOMETIMES using a toilet upstairs if the lid is up. So what does that have to do with this. Well, he gets his treats at 7:30 am; 5:30 pm and again at 11 pm. He knows because he knows what the digital clock LOOK LIKE when he gets treats (he doesn’t know time - but images.) I was excited that this new puzzle would SLOW HIM DOWN but sadly, the treats are SO easily dispensed that he just rolls it back and forth maybe three times and all of the treats are out and in a rather neatly stacked pile. I think this would be GREAG for curious kittens or less mechanically oriented cats but as for Leo, he’s just bored by it when I was expected at least SOME CHALLENGE! He had another feeder puzzle that is hard for ME to do but again, less than three minutes. LOL. Enjoy. I’d love to have an Advent calendar of Temptations mixups next year.

I thought I buy a cute holiday version so the penguin could rest a bit. Sadly, the design of the snowman is not as good. The little tines that allow you to adjust the flow of treats only covers one of three holes. The treats just dump out. My cat figured out the trick on the first go round, laid it down, rolled it and scarfed up all the treats at once. Then barfed. Typical.
So entertaining if you have a puzzle-solver!

Too many treat holes
This toy comes with three treat holes, which is way too much in my opinion. So I just use some duct tape to cover up of the holes and make this toy just a little

It's a great toy. My cats couldn't leave it alone for quite sometime. I would recommend getting this for your pet to practice with if you're in the process of introducing

I would recommend getting this for your pet to practice with if you're in the process of introducing interactive toys and puzzles, as the holes are so big the treats slip out really easily. But other than that it's great! It's pretty small but holds a surprising amount of treats. I like to put in a variety of treats (flavors and sizes) to make it more interesting for my cats.
