Seriously?! Ordered these for an Xmas gift. Item was placed in the same box with 40 lbs of kitty litter!!!! Why? Treat box was crushed and all the tubes were

Seriously?! Ordered these for an Xmas gift. Item was placed in the same box with 40 lbs of kitty litter!!!! Why? Treat box was crushed and all the tubes were scattered all over the bottom of the box. Some of the treat tubes were squished (of course! Duh!) so there was a mess at the bottom of the box. I can’t give this as a gift now. :( I’ll have to make a special trip to the pet store, something I was trying to avoid. Do better Chewy!!

But its not in my budget to give them fancy feast and temptation treats but tazzy my old girl loves them more than solid food. My cats don’t like it at all. The tubes contain less product than Churu and the texture is thicker. I asked Chewy if I could return the unopened box and they were supposed to send me a return shipping label. That was 2 weeks ago and it never arrived. I won’t buy again, for me it was a waste of $24 dollars and no return label. Customer service is usually good but in this case they have not helped me.
