I thought the cats would like it. They turned their noses up to it.
Neither cat liked this cat food. They would eat very small amounts and leave the rest.

In my multi-cat household I’m always looking for ways to cut expenses on pet care. I was so excited to find this food on sale. Ingredients seemed great, the brand good, & the original price was comparable to high end gourmet canned food. Foolishly I bought more than one case with the logic that if one or two cats don’t like it the others will (which has worked in the past). Every can I have opened so far has an unappetizing smell to it that is almost rancid smelling, in my opinion. Only one of my cats will eat it. They are not usually fussy but they do not like this stuff and just walk away from it. I have even tried feeding it to the community cats in my neighborhood and they don’t care for it either. The consistency is the best thing this food has going for it and it is a nice pate loaf. Sadly, I cannot recommend a food that so many of my cats dislike.
buyer beware-just say no

I saw USA made, organic, good ingredients and low price. Looked like a win. Unfortunately, my 14-year-old kittyo got really sick from this food. The kibble gave her vomiting, diarrhea and she lost lots of weight. Switched to the stank wet food- things went from bad to worse. It has taken 6 months for her to somewhat recover. Terrible smell. No bueno.

I never write reviews. This is my first. If I could give this a negative rating, I would. I was also drawn in by the big discount. The organic ingredients looked normal. It's made in Omaha Nebraska. How could it be as bad as the reviews were reporting? My outside barn cats eat everything, especially in the winter months. I was sure they'd eat this and be happy about it. But no, not even a bite. They left the entire dish untouched. So I though I would let the wildlife visitors we get every night try it. Not even the racoons or the opossums would touch it. OK, the birds will eat it. The meat eating birds need supplemental protein during the winter. Nope, not even the birds. Really?! Ingredients listed didn't raise any red flags, but the animals are picking up on something that is definitely wrong. Don't waste your money!
Stinky cats refused to eat it
Stinky and slimy. My cats wouldn't eat it

lured me in with a $60 discount on a case
i fell for the price tag of $14.20 in early march, convincing myself this price reduction was due to "new labeling" HA! why do we lie to ourselves?...? didn't read
i fell for the price tag of $14.20 in early march, convincing myself this price reduction was due to "new labeling" HA! why do we lie to ourselves?...? didn't read any reviews...again, how many times will i do *that*?...? not one single cat would eat it not the pampered, merely decorative indoor beloveds, not the spunky 8 month-old kitten, not the 3 yr old amenable, good-natured male...not the outside strays who need a meal, not the barn cats who have only dry, not the colony of ferals i donated it to... this is just gross to every cat, no matter its' circumstances
BEWARE!!! Bad taste, bad smell

I purchased a carton of this cat food. My cats refused to eat it after smelling it. I took a sniff and it did not smell like any other can cat food that I have previously purchased. In fact, one day they decided to take a bite and they all got sick. I wish I had done more research and checked other sites before placing my order. It seems like this food had fairly good reviews in the past but the recent reviews mentioned exactly what I had discovered. I would advise anyone contemplating this food to give it more consideration and avoid it at all costs. I do wish that Chewy would sell can food in smaller quantities like maybe 1 - 2 cans in order to give it a try before purchasing by the case.
Even the raccoons won't touch it

Yeah this is bad. Was excited to try on our small cat colony as the price was right and the ingredients list looked good. Smelled gross and the cats preferred to go hungry. Left it out overnight and the raccoons that always clean up EVERYTHING did not touch it.
Don't Buy!
The smell is disgusting - my cat refused to go near her plate - I even put a licked finger in my mouth and almost threw up. No wonder it's $14 something for 24 -

Odd smell upon opening can
My cats did not like this. After reading other comments saying similar things I give the other 23 cans to a neighbor who manages a local cat colony. Haven't seen
