Tender & True Organic Grain-Free Turkey & Liver Recipe Dry Dog Food, 4-lb bag

My dog has an illness and cannot have changes to her diet without getting sick. I have had this food on recurring shipments and have had multiple issues with the food being out of stock and now the worst has happened. The food was supposed to be delivered by the date provided as usual. WHen I noticed it was several days passed due and my dogs food was running low, I reached out to "live chat" who had zero empathy and stated they could not tell me when the food would arrive and all they could offer was a refund. Before I could respond to the chat, they immediately advised I had been refunded. I told them that a refund was not what I needed. What I needed was to know when my dogs food would be here and was told the food would still be delivered regardless of refund but they could not tell me when. Now, 3 weeks later I checked and the delivery status says it was delivered to Pennsylvania and I live in California. Come to find out it was retuned to the wearhouse, even though I was told it would be delivered to me. Now, I'm told by someons else on live chat, that there's nothing they can do for me. Worst customer service experience. I'm done with chewy.

We very much appreciate that you carry an organic crunchy. We only are feed our dog organic food. They’re not a lot of options. She loves it

He seems to love this as long as he get some homemade wet along with it.
