What are the dimensions?

These filters are 3 x 5.2 inches.

Will these fit an internal filter system, there are not any measurements listed, it's a 5 gallon Betta tank

This product is just a carbon filter that effectively trap even the smallest particles and its activated carbon rapidly eliminates odor, discoloration, impurities and toxins. The filter fits the Tetra Whisper EX Power Filter for Aquariums EX20 which is rated for tanks between 10-20 gallons.

Are these available in extra small?

These carbon filters are only available in the Medium and Large sizes.

Needs to be replaced weekly but does an excellent job

This filter serves our 20 gallon community tank and there is quite a bit of food waste. I change the filter weekly and the water stays crystal clear.

They Pull Out So Much Nasty!

I never knew my tank was that dirty but after changing the cartridge my water was much cleaner. After a week the cartridge was really nasty but after quickly rinsing
