Our two pet fiddler crabs really enjoy these, and get so excited when I feed them these.
After doing research I've learned this food and all other pellet hermit carb foods are TOXIC! And will make your carbs sick and die. Its not normal for crabs to die so quick, they can live over 40 yrs in captivity. They can eat almost anything I have in my kitchen already. This stuff is garbage.
I was expecting these to be the size of sinking pellets for shrimp, but these are very large pellets, way too big for my little fiddlers (although it says suitable for fiddlers). My crabs did pick them up and carry them to the water to soften them up and then start picking it apart. It must be appetizing enough to the crabs, and one pellet is about all they could eat in a day.
