Natural Clay and Mineral Product with Activated Charcoal.
Pour close to the litter box for maximum Tidy-ness! Clean the cat box with warm water and a mild detergent between litter changes. Use just like a traditional clumping litter.
Directions:
- Pour to a depth of 3-4 inches.
- Remove solids daily.
- Add more litter to maintain a depth of 3-4 inches.
Additional Instructions
- Only dispose of used cat litter in trash. Do not flush, bury or dispose of it outdoors, in gutters or storm drains to avoid environmental contamination.
- Not for internal use. Not meant for use as compost or as a traction aid.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Product filled by weight; some settling may occur.
- Some would say cats are picky. Tidy Cats likes to think of them as having high standards. So keep this in mind when switching litter, and do so gradually.
- Start with 2/3 old litter and 1/3 new, increasing the new litter over time so kitty can get used to it. By the time her box is 100% new litter, she’ll probably think the whole thing was her idea.

packaging was difficult and not as described
By rabar on Jan 15, 2021
I'm giving one star because of the packaging of the product, not the product itself. I did not receive a 2-pack of the plastic jugs, I received one bulk package in a cardboard box. Thank goodness the litter was light enough to lift, because the box had no handles or anything for me to lug it. The opening was inconvenient--I had to tear two strips along the top of the box to form a lid, with the litter inside (no plastic liner or anything), similar to opening a box of soap powder/laundry detergent. Which meant there was no way to close the box tightly, like the jug or the bucket. Once open, it's very difficult to transport without spilling the litter everywhere. The box says it's "easy pour", but this makes no sense, as there is nothing to grab to tip it, and the opening is so big that all the litter might come out at once. Again, the kitty litter itself is good, it's just the packaging I didn't like. … more

Tracking EVERYWHERE
By GrossedOut on Jan 19, 2021
I thought my cat had a problem because of how much litter is around the house. After reading reviews I realized it’s his litter! Seriously it gets everywhere. He almost always has it stuck to his hind legs and I have had to get rid of a perfectly nice chair from giant litter clumps. It’s disgusting. This is with me vacuuming and swiffering twice a day and scooping his litter everyday. About to switch to their Naturally Strong line to see if it is any better.

not bad but not great
By nicole on Jan 13, 2021
The litter does the job, traps the smell pretty well and is very light weight. BUT it is so dusty. Like everything this in the room with my litter box has a thin layer of dust on it. I had to switch to a covered box and there is still dust everywhere. So if that doesn’t both you, then this is great for the price but it just isn’t for me.

Best cat litter I have found!
By Michelle on Dec 7, 2020
I have tried numerous types and brands of cat litter, and by far, this one was the best at odor control and keeping pee patties together. The granules are really small which makes it easy to filter through the scoop, and there’s no unhealthy artificial scent added. One store brand I tried turned my cat’s urine pools black—a very disconcerting sight. Others I tried just broke up the pee patties into smaller particles that mixed back in with the clean litter, causing me to have to do a complete litter change way too often. The only reason I tried these other brands was because my store was out of Tidy Cat Lightweight for a couple of weeks. Nasty problem
By Hodge on Jan 5, 2021
This litter sticks to my cat’s back legs. This stuff is everywhere! Yes, I clean my cats litter box daily! We’ve used this brand for years but suddenly it’s just not working. I’ve switched to another natural brand, working much better. Additionally, no more plastic contributions to the landfill. They really need to change their packaging.

WE LOVE THIS
By Melissa on Dec 26, 2020
Amazing!! No dust, smells good and not like cat pee or poo (only if he forgets to cover his poo then my room stinks!). I have never had an indoor cat before and wanted a litter that didn’t stink and my sister has 6 cats and they all go potty in the garage and the heat would usually stink up the boxes and with this litter, it doesn’t!! This litter is amazing and I totally recommend it! :D

Worst litter ever!
By Lee69 on Jan 12, 2021
This litter was awful! It tracked all over the house - I’d find cat prints two rooms away. Litter would stick to my cats’ paws in clumps and then I’d find it on beds and furniture. We had to remove litter stuck to their fur. Terrible! Now trying Fresh Step lightweight litter and much happier.

Not made for multiple cats !
By Kittygirl on Dec 26, 2020
Lightweight. Much easier to carry than traditional litter. Very easy to scoop.White powder and track marks all over my house. Do not have carpet. It sometimes gets clumped on their paws. I have multiple cats so my house is Crunchy powdery mess after a few hours. Probably not bad for one or 2 kitties. A definite no no for kittens and youngsters who like to play in their litter !!!!!

It's So-So
By emkay on Jan 5, 2021
As a litter, this is up to Tidy Cats' standard. However, it tracks all over the place. It is very light (of course), but that means it can be "carried" more easily. It also seems to carry a bit of a static charge, so if you have a cat that is "vigorous" with the digging, this will flip on to and stay on a nearby wall.
