One of my Boys has digestive issues and is finally doing very well on this TIKI flavor. His condition requires novel proteins- so no chicken, tuna, turkey, etc. This is one of the few venison foods he will eat. His coat and muscle tone have improved n recent weeks too.

I thought that we would try another wet food for our cat. She historically does not like wet food because she insists that we are trying to poison her or alter her princess-like lifestyle with another food group. She would not touch this food either, so we will continue our journey to try to make her life more enjoyable with different options. One day, I think she will come around and try new things. She resembles the taste buds of a small toddler that digs their heels in when they don't want to try new foods as much as their parents wish they would.

I was extremely excited to try this! The ingredients are high quality, very healthy. Unfortunately, not one of my 6 cats would touch it :( it looked and smelled really good! My cats have known to be quite picky towards new proteins in the past. They haven’t ever had venison, so maybe that was the issue. I’m not sure. I am very happy with the ingredients though, so if your cat has liked venison in the past definitely give this a try.

My barn cats are a fan of this canned food. It smells like liver, but not overpowering. The texture is more like canned tuna fish; you can see the shreds of meat

My barn cats are a fan of this canned food. It smells like liver, but not overpowering. The texture is more like canned tuna fish; you can see the shreds of meat in it when you dish it out. I like the small size can as I can spoon some over their food as a treat. I feed organ meat to my guardian dogs and am happy to see a product that incorporates it into cat food.

Venison and Beef Liver are 2 taste combos I have never seen - but this isn't about me, but about my kitties! The older ones LOVED the soft, smooth texture - more like a puree pate. The extra "juice" is great for their hydration - and they really dug in, which means to me that they loved the flavor! In addition to that, I am happy that it is free of grains, by-products, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives...just PROTEIN! Will def buy again - and will try other Tiki Cat flavor combos.

My cat could not get enough of the Tiki Cat After Dark venison and beef liver flavor. She is 20 years old and Tiki Cat products have been a tremendous help in keeping her at a healthy weight. This product is full of real meat pieces and has the perfect amount of liquid so it feels like you are getting your money’s worth. The can size is probably an ideal amount for one meal for most cats. My cat is fairly small (6 lbs) and receives some other wet food so I am able to stretch the amount to 2-3 feedings. This flavor is going to be added to my rotation of Tiki Cat products that I feed my cat!

I’ve been looking for a new wet cat food for my asthmatic kitty, Frodo, and think this one might fit the bill! It comes with a lot of liquid, which rocks, but it doesn’t seem like gelatinous goo like a lot of other wet foods. It took him a little while to swap it out—he tends to like seafood flavors a bit more, so I’ll be trying some of the other flavors, but one of his sisters, Pippin, has been happy to help share!
