Hallelujah! Finally, a product that is full calorie, and a real meal that my CKD geriatric kitty will eat! I open it up on a small corner and feed it to her like it’s a giant Churu. She laps it up! She will not eat this from her dish. I have no idea why it is the most Cat thing ever. It a very smooth pate, but has a thick consistency. It doesn’t smell offensive. I like that it has pumpkin in it to help keep my cat regular. It does make her poops more smelly. small price to pay for calories, hydration, and a food my cat will eat.
Mousse is super easy for old cats
Our 14yo cat had a dental and lost many of her teeth last year. She had started to loose weight as well. Bloodwork was normal so the vet suggested a higher calorie
Our 14yo cat had a dental and lost many of her teeth last year. She had started to loose weight as well. Bloodwork was normal so the vet suggested a higher calorie food for senior cats so we switched her to Tiki Cat Silver Mousse. It was love at first bite! She eats a pouch a day and has regained over a pound in the last month, which the vet was very happy about. And we have noticed her coat is much softer with less shedding. She will be on this for the rest of her days!

My cat was throwing up and had seemingly developed an aversion to chicken/poultry overnight. We tried changing her dry food, but I realized so many brands will add chicken to all flavors. This is fish and pumpkin - exactly like it says on the front. cat loves it and has not thrown up once since adding it to her diet. Smooth, creamy texture as well which my cat loves.
Won't Eat it
Tiki has great ingredients. I feed my cat mostly Tiki foods. She loves the squeeze up treats that have the mousse consistency. But she would not touch this food

Which is weird because they get this same flavor in the flaked version and are fine, my toothless boy just can’t eat the flakes and he only sucks all the juice out of it. This caused diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. Poor dudes were in the litter box going through it.
