it almost looks like they are re sealable bags. are they?

These pouches are not resealable. They are a pouch with a notch for easy tear open, but there is not a lock to reseal.
Do you have to refeigerate this product before you open it or only if you do not finish the pouch?

This food topper should be kept and served at room temperature. Once opened, store any leftovers in the fridge.
Can you feed this to a large dog or is there some reason it should only be fed to small dogs?
