Mostly liquid

Seems like there was about 2 TBsp of liquid and I barely detected a meat like substance. One dog just would not touch it. Was there really food in the pouch??

Small amount in package

For the price of this the amount of food/topper in the individual package is not enough to feed my two small dogs for their twice a day feeding so the cost is prohibitive
