Do the cans contain BPA?
No, the cans are BPA non-intent.
How do I open the can?
The cans have pull tabs for easy opening (similar to a can of soup).
What do I do with leftover food in the can?
Cover the top of the can and place in the refrigerator. For maximum taste and freshness, serve the leftover food within 3 days of opening.
What if my cat doesn’t like the food when it’s cold?
Place food in a microwave safe dish and cover. Microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir the food to ensure it’s heated evenly. Before serving, smooth food with a utensil to increase your pet’s ability to lap up their food.
How do I best serve my cat their food?
Empty desired amount into your pet’s serving dish and smooth out the food using a utensil.
How do I identify what protein my cat will enjoy?
It’s important to pay attention to your cat’s behavior as you try new proteins. Some cats are picky and only like one specific protein such as fish or poultry. Once you understand what your cat likes, it’s best to stick to food purchases within that protein family, in order to increase enjoyment of the food by your cat.
How do I identify what wet cat food format my cat will like?
- Since cats prefer to lap their food, they will likely prefer a soft paté or minced chunks in gravy. The loaf format is easy for the cat to lick, and the food will stick to the grooves on their tongue.
- Paté format is a great choice for senior cats or kittens that may have a harder time chewing small meat chunks in a chunks in gravy format.
- If your cat prefers a chunks in gravy format and has no issue with chewing the small meat chunks, then this is a great option for your cat.

My cat loves it!!
By Marilyn on Feb 10, 2021
I have a picky cat as most of us have. With that said, my cat really loves this particular flavor!! She got finicky with the chicken pate so I tried this one . It’s a winner!!

Great healthy food
By Carabear on Oct 24, 2020
My kitty was hand raised all alone. It took me 6 weeks to find something he likes and the tiny tiger with extra gravy did the trick. He eats 3 cans a day on top of his dry food. He Loves it! He hates fish and really preferred foul for a long time. Then after awhile all he would eat is beef flavor. This is quality fresh cat food!

Don't know. Leary of all pet foods.
By Pr409 on Aug 1, 2020
This one is half the price of others but also half the content. Don't know why but all pet foods looks like plastic, and honestly I don't think this is any better. My opinion is that all these foods are actually flavored fillers of unknown origin. The pet food industry is just as bad or worse than human consumption products. It would be great to have an independent laboratory test and evaluate the actual contents of all pet products. Not a pet industry rating. to many conflicts of interest. All these processed foods are not healthy, I have been looking to / for other options but it is difficult to believe any of the providers.

Extra Gravy=Extra Water
By Quincy on Sep 6, 2020
By the time our cat finishes the food he's begging for more. Not because the food is so good, but because he is still so hungry! The 'gravy' noted on the label is simply extra water. The cans contain half food (maybe 2 oz) and the rest (1.5-2 oz) is water.

Kits Love It
By LuvMyWonderfulJerks on Jul 10, 2020
I have a large pack of seven cats and they all refuse to eat anything that isn’t soaked in gravy. For most other brands, they would slurp down all the gravy leaving the meat part of the food to dry up and go bad. Tiny Tiger Extra Gravy gets the proportions of gravy to meat just right for my fuzzies—they eat a lot more of the meat in this food than other brands. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lack of larger-sized cans. It seems very wasteful to open four or five small 3 oz cans at each mealtime instead of two 5 oz cans.

My 5 cats only like pate, but love the gravy (leave the meat) so cannot give a recommendation.

Quick delivery. Cats like the gravy very much. Not the regular food. They lick up all of the gravy and then walk away.

Weak Product
By Bean on May 31, 2020
We have two cats, one picky eater that loves beef in extra gravy and the other that will eat anything, anything at all; eggs, popcorn, fish. Picky cat refused to eat tiny tiger beef, the not-so-picky cat also refused to eat this product, I would guess because it is gray in color, watery and not a pleasant smell. Do not waste your money.

Bubba loves this! It's the GRAVY!!
By Grace33 on May 11, 2020
I thought I'd try this, since he loves GRAVY. I also ordered Sheba.....and I do believe he likes that better. He cleans out the small containers and then the contents in a bowl. Thank you Chewy. I have ordered so much lately, I told the UPS man, I would wait a while. I think we are good for a while. My cat is 14 and sooooo picky. I think we got some good ones now. Blessings, B
