Once you understand what your cat likes, it’s best to stick to food purchases within that protein family, in order to increase enjoyment of the food by your cat.
How do I identify what wet cat food format my cat will like?
- Since cats prefer to lap their food, they will likely prefer a soft paté or minced chunks in gravy. The loaf format is easy for the cat to lick, and the food will stick to the grooves on their tongue.
- Paté format is a great choice for senior cats or kittens that may have a harder time chewing small meat chunks in a chunks in gravy format.

BIG chunks
By ChristiW on Dec 24, 2020
When I first started getting this a month or so ago, the chunks were not so huge. Now they are like boulders. This food is called TINY Tigers. These 5 kittens was killed by a dumped giant boxer the night before Thanksgiving. They were 8 weeks old. I am using an old hand salad chopper to chop the boulders down so it is easier for them to eat. This last order, and only this choice have I had to do this. What gives?

Queen Suki harasses me for this.
By Petuniapunkin on Jan 5, 2021
I’m beginning to regret buying this food. If I forget to feed her this extra treat, she’ll come down and give me the hairy eyeball, meow loudly, and swat at me, until I feed her in her special spot in her @chewy cat tree. Her coat is more silky. Suki is more demanding.

Finicky Meets her Match
By Abbey on Sep 28, 2020
My cat is so picky about her food. She loves gravy. I tried the Tiny Tiger Extra Gravy Tuna and Whitefish and she loves it! She is eating 2 x a day now. I was lucky if I could get her to eat one can and now begs for more. Love the product and serving size.

Changed Formula is Horrible
By BJGreen on Jul 29, 2020
This was one of my go too products because my cat loved it and so I ordered it many times. This last time they changed their mix and it is horrible. My little guy won’t even touch the stuff and looked at me like I was giving him poison. I figured it was maybe it was only one or two bad cans, but I opened the 3rd wasted can and same, so now I am going to return the remaining. Can’t believe how bad their product has become... It is messy slop!

This used to be decent food. Now, the formula has changed and my cats won't eat it anymore.

Jasmine gobbled up her Tiny Tiger Chunks in gravy.

Too watery.
By Layne on Sep 6, 2020
My cat is highly selective about what he eats. He loves most foods with a gravy base but this gravy is just too watery and he just turns his nose up every time.

Yummy say my cats
By Qurious on Sep 17, 2020
They took right to this food and lick up the plate. Perfect balance of bits to gravy, and ingredients are excellent for my price range!

Rejected by the cats
By Disappointed on Apr 3, 2020
I have 22 cats, most of which prefer the wet food I feed for breakfast and dinner. Since the corona virus has forced a limited supply on the Fancy Feast Medleys, I was forced to try something else. This Tiny Tiger was not a comparable replacement because it was left mostly untouched by the cats.
