My Lab loves bully sticks and I've purchased many different brands, usually ordering some every month. When I opened the package of Top Dog Chews, there was an extremely strong odor. Bode wouldn't touch the chew. I tried several methods to get rid of the smell and nothing worked. I even put it in the microwave with a saucer of vinegar. This did not work, only filled the kitchen with the horrible odor when I opened the microwave door. I had to use room spray and then light an odor-killing candle. Ended up putting the chew and the rest of the bag outside. I called Chewy and explained the situation and they were very helpful and refunded the cost. Thank you,Chewy! I wanted to inform Top Dog about their product but found no way to directly contact them on their website. They don't deserve any stars!
