Odd texture and color, dog not a fan of these

My Pomeranian loves turkey tendons. Chewy was temporarily out of his regular brand so I purchased these. When I got them, I noticed they were longer than other brands

My Pomeranian loves turkey tendons. Chewy was temporarily out of his regular brand so I purchased these. When I got them, I noticed they were longer than other brands I’ve tried but also had an odd texture. Offered one to my Pom and he sniffed suspiciously and walked away. I laid it on his towel and he didn’t eat it the whole evening, just would sniff and walk off, which isn’t his normal behavior. Honestly I was worried he had an upset tummy or something so I offered him a different treat, which he happily snatched and ate. All that said, I guess Em isn’t a fan of this brand’s “turkey legs”(as we call them) so we’ll stick with AFreschi as our brand for turkey tendon.

Kind of spendy

Besides the price of these I love to reward my girls with these turkey goodies. Great for dogs of all sizes. No rawhide and 100% all natural goodness I feel good

Besides the price of these I love to reward my girls with these turkey goodies. Great for dogs of all sizes. No rawhide and 100% all natural goodness I feel good about giving them. My Chihuahua's LOVE them! Easy to cut in half for them with my heavy duty scissors. My big girl Baylee -an Anatolian shepherd mix loves them too, but I have to give her 2 or 3 at a time,- so I usually give her a different chicken jerky treat that is more satisfying for her size.

Chewy no longer carries the turkey tendon I usually buy my dogs so I thought I’d try these. These are bigger, longer in length and width but are a lot softer. My dogs like them but the others were crunchy and I felt they were better for the tartar on their teeth. I’m giving 4 stars because the fur kids like them.

Tequilas favorite

The are soft enough to cut for my small dog.
