Tough1 Slow Feed Horse Feeder, Purple

-I ordered three of these, all were different sizes. Makes portioning out hay difficult -the drawstring is the same size and color as the rest of the net. Same color is annoying but not a huge deal. But the fact that the draw string is as thin or thinner than the net itself is a big deal. My mule was able to completely rip one off within five minutes, and it’s hard to get a tight closure. In my opinion, pay the same price to get a way better product from a different brand. Very disappointed m.

This is the one that finally stopped Denali's hay net antics. The hay bag is made from the same strips used for seat belts. Even my Mustang can't bite through them. She has to reach in with her muzzle and teeth, pull out a bite and eat it. Finally. We found a way that works. If you've tried every slow feed option out there, try this. It really worked for us.

The string it comes with to tie up is inconvenient. I use an 18" chain and carabiner instead and it works great. If I don't fill the hay net, I place the chain through the net at a lower point to prevent so much sagging.
