Not user friendly.

The draw string should be of a different color. Also the row of holes that the draw string runs through should be the same size of holes or smaller.

Ease of using it

This slow feeder works out great. My horses eat slower and their food lasts longer. Just what I wanted to accomplish.

The Hay Bag My Mare Couldn't Tear Apart

This is the one that finally stopped Denali's hay net antics. The hay bag is made from the same strips used for seat belts. Even my Mustang can't bite through them

This is the one that finally stopped Denali's hay net antics. The hay bag is made from the same strips used for seat belts. Even my Mustang can't bite through them. She has to reach in with her muzzle and teeth, pull out a bite and eat it. Finally. We found a way that works. If you've tried every slow feed option out there, try this. It really worked for us.

It really helps get rid of the waste.

The string it comes with to tie up is inconvenient. I use an 18" chain and carabiner instead and it works great. If I don't fill the hay net, I place the chain

The string it comes with to tie up is inconvenient. I use an 18" chain and carabiner instead and it works great. If I don't fill the hay net, I place the chain through the net at a lower point to prevent so much sagging.

Skinny String

The hay net itself is pretty good and sturdy. But the hanging string is very skinny and won't last. Already one of them has broken.

Made with good quality roping.

My horses are enjoying having their hay available in an easy to eat from hay net. Especially on the days with 30-40 mph winds. My hay is not blowing to the next
