Poor quality material, fell apart and didn’t fit together right, even when following instructions exactly. Not sturdy at all. Very unrealistic for cats to use when it’s just wood, no carpet or anything for them to grab onto. Very dissatisfied.

BASE BROKE IN HALF WHILE MY CAT JUMPED OFF

I purchased this bridge 4 months ago. My cat was skeptical of the bridge and it took her 2 months to build trust that she could walk on the bridge . 2 months of

I purchased this bridge 4 months ago. My cat was skeptical of the bridge and it took her 2 months to build trust that she could walk on the bridge . 2 months of using the bridge the base breaks in half. Not by the screws but dead in the center allowing my cat to fall off the bridge and now she is scared to death to go in any of the wall mounts. I am very disappointed with this product. I'm sure other Cat owners can sympathize with me knowing how much time it takes for our cats to build trust with whatever it is. Talk about anxiety.

I am so sad, this was a fantastic item until it wasn’t. It became a danger to my fur babies and I had to put items up to block them from climbing up there. There

I am so sad, this was a fantastic item until it wasn’t. It became a danger to my fur babies and I had to put items up to block them from climbing up there. There were wall anchors with the screws and the design couldn’t handle the weight of my 6lb cat. Also, the first step snapped in half. No idea why. I was so excited and so were my fur babies but unfortunately it seems cheaply made and became unsafe.

Missing main part of shelf triangle. Requesting replacement today. Not all holes are pre drilled. You will need to sand wood and re stain. Note you will need tools. It is very sturdy and worth the price but take into consideration power tools, and sanding. If you had to hand screw all of this it would take many hours.

Lasted a year

Lasted about 11 months. My cats are 8 - 10lbs so not super chonky. The wood split on the back of this sending it flying and thankfully just missing damaging anything

Unfortunately bad reviews are correct

It seems all the bad reviews haven't led to any sort of better quality. I can say that wood is actually decent quality the problem is they without a doubt just edge

It seems all the bad reviews haven't led to any sort of better quality. I can say that wood is actually decent quality the problem is they without a doubt just edge glued pieces together and painted over them. Two of my platforms split along the glued seam and i had to fix it. Besides that the weird chalky flat paint that picks up every tiny little scrape is just awful. The cost of better anchors, paint, and fixing boards doubles the cost and is not at all worth it.
