TRIXIE Wall Set 4 - Wall Mount & 2 Scratching Posts Cat Furniture, Natural & White

Not recommended as a stand-alone piece... my cats kind don't know what to do with it even though they can get up on it. Installation wasn't horrible, but... it was far from straightforward. Perhaps it's the way I'm wired, or I missed something after tripple checking, but getting it on the wall after assembling the mounts and attaching the posts became the mystery for me. I'm assuming that the mounts were supposed to go on wall first, then the posts attach--but even the way some of the mounts were built (the 3-sided in particular), it made mounting turn into a troubleshooting escapade. The quality of the product is good, but the hardware sucks. I ended up using a combination of my own wall anchors and the heavy duty screws that are meant to be used without anchors. The mount that joins the two posts I had to reinforce with a random screw. It's been holding up alright after several days, but it's far from rock-solid. I had to snap off the glued on dowels to be able to mount the posts to the wall, so completing installation got creative.
