I accidentally bought the cat breath drops for my dogs. Can I use The one for cats with my dogs?

While each one is specially formulated for each species they may be used interchangeably.
The old bottle said add 3 PUMPS, the new bottle says 2 DROPS - you can’t do drops with this bottle only pumps - so is 2 pumps ok?? I’m afraid to use too much.
